Reviews and Ratings <br />
Our stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The villa was luxurious and spacious, making it ideal for our family, especially with the private plunge pool and beautiful surroundings. However, we faced numerous issues with our charges and dining experiences, which were quite frustrating. Overall, while the accommodations were fantastic, the service and operations need improvement.
My stay at the Capella Residencies was quite an experience! The One Bedroom Garden Villa felt luxurious and spacious, complete with a private plunge pool that added a resort feel. I appreciated the excellent internet speed, and the breakfast was delightful. However, some quirky room features, like the oddly placed towel bars, were a bit puzzling. Overall, while the villa was a joy, I was left a little disappointed with some of the finer details.
Our stay at the resort was truly unforgettable, blending luxurious comfort with exceptional service. The villa we stayed in was exquisite, and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay made it feel personalized. Dining was a high point, especially the breakfast, though the location, while peaceful, is a bit secluded and requires a walk to the beach. Overall, it was splendid, but the distance to nearby attractions might be a consideration for some guests.
I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. The room was nice, and the view was great, but significant operational issues and lack of responsiveness overshadowed the positives. The hotel is quite luxurious which makes the problems I faced even more frustrating. Overall, I expected much more given the price I paid.
Overall, my stay at this resort was fantastic and filled with memorable moments. The villa was luxurious and offered an ideal environment for relaxation, coupled with some fun activities. However, getting to the hotel with luggage posed a challenge, and some service aspects, such as breakfast communication, could use improvement.
